Accessibility Statement

Hoback Partners LLC intends this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who navigate with a keyboard, use a screen reader, need larger text, or prefer reduced motion.

Standard we aim for

We have built this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is our target rather than a certified result: the site has not been independently audited, and we describe below what we have actually done.

What we have done

• Every combination of text and background colour on the site has been measured against the WCAG contrast thresholds — at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface elements. Two colours in our brand palette failed at small sizes and were replaced with darker variants for that purpose.
• Every link, button, and form field shows a visible focus indicator when reached by keyboard. We have not removed focus styling anywhere for visual reasons.
• The site can be operated entirely by keyboard, and each page begins with a skip link to the main content.
• Pages use semantic landmarks and a correct heading order, so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
• Every form field has a persistent visible label rather than a placeholder standing in for one.
• All animation and transition is disabled automatically for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
• Images that carry no information are marked as decorative so they are skipped by assistive technology.
• Layouts reflow without horizontal scrolling down to a 320-pixel viewport, and text remains legible when enlarged.

Known limitations

• Typefaces are loaded from a third-party service. If that service is slow or unavailable, text falls back to system fonts, which changes appearance but not readability.
• We have tested with automated tools and by keyboard, but not yet with a full range of assistive technologies or with disabled users.
